KodaBank & Citizens State Bank - Midwest Merger

Merger & Conversion Weekend FAQs:

Q:  Will there be any changes to my account?
A:  No, your account numbers, interest rates, terms, direct deposits, or automatic transfers will not change.
Q:  Will my routing number change?
A:  No, going forward all customers will use KodaBank’s routing number, 091309736.
Q:  Will my Citizens State Bank Midwest or KodaBank Debit Card continue to work
A:  Yes! You can continue to use your current Citizens State Bank Midwest/KodaBank Debit Card up until your expiration date. We recommend having an extra form of payment from February 14th through February 16th.   
Q:  Will I still be able to access Online Banking or use my mobile app?  

A:  Yes, but from February 14th through February 16th Online Banking and the KodaMobile app will not be available. Starting February 17th, you will have the same username, but your temporary password will be the last four digits of your social security number.

Q:  Can I still access my e-Statements?  

A:  Yes, e-Statements will now be accessed through Online Banking. If you do not have Online Banking and want to continue to receive e-Statements, please enroll now. You will not be able to access e-Statements from February 14th through February 16th. Any statements before February 14th may take up to 90 days to be available. We suggest making hard copies of your statement before February 13th.  

Q:  Will my Bill Pay payments continue to work?  

A:  Yes, any scheduled payments will be processed as usual; however, you will not be able to see any Bill Pay history.

Q:  Will my statements continue to be monthly?
A. Yes! You will receive 2 statements for the month of February. The pre-merger statement will include history from the close of business February 13th, interest will be added, but no service charge will be assessed. Regular statement cycles will be processed at the end of the month. 


As a reminder, from February 14th through February 16th we advise having multiple forms of payment, also you will not be able to access:

  • Online Banking
  • KodaMobile
  • Bill Pay
  • e-Statements
